Invitation from The University of Nottingham

A new date will be advertised in due course.

 

We would like to invite you to a breakfast seminar on Tuesday 13th October 2009, where we will introduce you to the variety of services we have to offer, and give you the opportunity to network with members of the School of Computer Science.

The School has expertise in a wide range of areas, including dealing with real world business issues; from personnel and production scheduling, data modelling and analysis, through to location-based media and image capture and analysis. However, please feel free to come and discuss your business requirements as we may also be able to help in other areas.

Paul Yeomans, (KTP Manager) will discuss the ways in which a KTP can transform your business.

Arturo Castillo-Salazar (KTP Associate) and Dario Landa-Silva (KTP supervisor) will discuss their experience of an ongoing KTP with a Midlands company

 

08:30 Consultancy

Dr Bruce Venning (Commercial Manager) will discuss Nottingham University Consultancy Limited (NUCL) and explain how to gain access to university expertise through consultancy.

 

08:45 More business services

Paul Yeomans will outline the range of other ways in which your business can benefit through interaction with the University.

 

09:00 Q&A Followed by Networking

The seminar will take place at the Sir Colin Campbell Building, University of Nottingham Innovation Park, Triumph Road, Nottingham, NG7 2TU.

An accident which left me with, among other things, a broken collar-bone has seriously hindered my setting up of Nott Tuesday August 11th.
